NK Extra Services LLC ("NK Extra", "we", "us") is a trucking and driver-recruiting company based in Mt Prospect, Illinois. This policy explains what information we collect through nkextra.org and how we use it.

When you fill out a form on this website, you may provide:

• Contact details — name, phone number, and email address.
• Driving information — how long you have held a CDL, trailer types you have experience with, and whether you own a truck.
• Screening information (driver-form page only) — date of birth, current address, Social Security number, driver's license state and number, and your typed authorization signature. We collect this to run a background check, motor vehicle report, and PSP report as part of the hiring process, with your signed authorization.

We also use the Meta Pixel, which records visits to our pages so we can measure our advertising. Meta may link this to your Meta account according to its own privacy policy.

• To contact you about driving opportunities and your application.
• To run background, identity, and motor-vehicle checks you have authorized, on behalf of NK Extra Services LLC and VHS Trucking Inc.
• To send you automated calls, text messages, or emails about our offers when you have consented to receive them.
• To measure the performance of our website and advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• VHS Trucking Inc, the carrier we hire drivers for, so they can evaluate your application.
• Screening providers that run the background check, motor vehicle report, and PSP report you authorized.
• Service providers that host this website, store form submissions, and deliver our emails.

Form submissions are stored in access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections. Screening details such as your Social Security number are sent only to our hiring team. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we limit access to people who need it for hiring.

You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to correct or delete the information you submitted, by emailing hiring@nkextra.org or calling +1 440 771 8028. If you consented to marketing messages, you can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message or using the unsubscribe link in an email.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. The version posted here always applies.
